All transcribers at Cambridge Transcriptions^SM sign an in-house Non-disclosure Agreement (N.D.A.) as a condition of employment. At your request we can provide our N.D.A. template for your review. As a further protection our transcribers will sign your own N.D.A. in addition to our own Non-disclosure Agreement. Among our best practices for data security and protection, our transcribers delete all audio and transcription from all word processing platforms and at the conclusion of the job on our own best practices timetable or a timetable prescribed by you.
